This policy explains what information QR Studio ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- QR codes made with the free generator are created entirely in your browser. The content you enter and any logo you upload are not sent to our servers.
- Account data: if you sign up for trackable codes, we store your email address, the codes you create and their destination links.
- Scan analytics: when someone scans a trackable code, we record the time, approximate country and city, device type, operating system, browser and referrer. We do not store full IP addresses.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. With your consent, we and our partners may use advertising and analytics cookies to show ads, limit how often you see them and measure their performance.

Data retention and security
Account and scan data are kept while your account is active. Deleting a code deletes its scan history. Data is stored with industry-standard encryption and access controls.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
